I have a poor credit rating does this effect you buying my house?
Not at all. Your circumstances have no effect on the sale of your property.

How long will it take to sell my house if I want a quick sale?
However long you want, we can have this completed in anywhere from 24 hours to a few months. We work at YOUR pace.

My house has been on the market for nearly six months & hasn’t sold. Does this effect you buying it?
No, we are NOT estate agents & operate differently from them. Half the time an agent has heavily overpriced the property therefore it doesn’t sell. We estimate the value of your property from national statistics & area pricings. I.e. If your neighbour sold for say 150k then this would be the rough value of your house.

I don’t have a solicitor at all?
We can recommend you a fair priced solicitor who will work with you & we will cover all costs for you.

I want to sell my house as I’m about to be repossessed, Can you help?
